“Gas Explosion in Yerevan’s Noragyugh Street Leaves One Injured”

On December 12, at 23:13, the Emergency Management National Center received a national alert regarding an explosion in Yerevan’s Noragyugh 1 street. The explosion was caused by a gas leak. The Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia has reported that one person was injured in the administrative-residential building of the Yerevan City Rescue Department.

It is important to note that the explosion also caused damage to two vehicles, a Hyundai and a Mercedes-Benz. The Hyundai vehicle exploded on the road and caught fire due to a gas leak and improper operation of the gas cylinder. Fortunately, there were no casualties or further gas leakage.
