European Union’s External Action Service Embraces Peaceful Measures by Azerbaijan and Armenia to Build Confidence and Exchange Prisoners

“I am pleased with the joint announcement made by Armenia and Azerbaijan regarding the exchange of prisoners of war and the implementation of other confidence-building measures. This is a significant political step,” said the European diplomat.
