The US has announced its plan to participate in the creation of a buffer zone in Gasayi, according to a statement from the Pentagon representative, Metu Miller, as reported by BBC. It has been declared by Washington that there will be no actions taken to alter the situation in Gasay, which includes no annexation, occupation, imposition or expulsion, and the use of gas as a means of blackmail, as stated by the Pentagon. Miller expressed that any offers for a buffer zone in Gasay would violate these principles, and the US stands against it. Israel recently announced its intention to establish a buffer zone with Gasay, near the border with Palestinian territories and Turkey, in an effort to prevent attacks, as reported by Reuters.
