Former President of Parliament’s Committee on Defense and Security Reveals Government Signal in National Assembly: “Cooperation Offer Rejected”

During the coordination period, the government signaled a proposal for cooperation, which was ultimately rejected. Today, on December 6, Harutyunyan, the former president of the Parliament’s Committee on Defense and Security, addressed this issue in the National Assembly. However, it remains unclear from which side the signal originated.

Harutyunyan stated, “The signal manifested through the spread of Soviet symbolism. However, there was no further mention of it after informing the working body.”

It is worth noting that H. Harutyunyan held the position of the president of the Parliament’s Committee on Defense and Security. The National Assembly is currently discussing the matter of electing a new president.
