The producers of “Force 9” have been fined one million dollars by the British court for assigning a stunt coordinator to Tom Cruise. The incident occurred during the filming of a 2019 publication of the image and resulted in the injury of a stunt double for Vin Diesel. John Woo, the stunt coordinator for the main hero, was a substitute for him during a risky action, but the safety harness failed and he fell from a height of eight meters, sustaining serious injuries. Safety system violations during the filming have been noted, as the harness was not checked and a carabiner was missing. Despite the incident, “Force 9” has made over 725 million dollars worldwide.
