“Head of Ruling Party Warns of Looming Social Problems in Armenia Amidst Rising Tensions and Unfair Financial Distribution”

Armenia is expected to face a range of social problems next year, according to Tadevos Avetisyan, the head of the ruling party “Armenia.” Avetisyan made this statement during a meeting with journalists on November 29. He highlighted that social tensions are increasing both as an objective phenomenon and due to factors created by the Armenian authorities themselves.

The leader of the party further revealed that the authorities intentionally inflated car prices. This move is aimed at making it more challenging for citizens to purchase vehicles, especially since cars are primarily imported from Russia. Avetisyan emphasized that the authorities artificially raised the prices to achieve this objective.

In addition, Avetisyan estimated that the number of urban residents in Armenia is on the rise, but their incomes are lower than the minimum subsistence level. He attributed this situation to the unfair distribution of financial resources within the country.
