“Armenia Approves Establishment of Non-Profit Creative Team to Enhance Cultural Impact”

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia has approved the decision to establish a non-profit creative team within the education, science, culture, and sports sectors, according to NEWS.am. The regulations for creating this team have been defined by the Regulation and aim to promote continuous creative activity, solve artistic problems, improve professional standards, and contribute to the cultural life of the country.

The working group responsible for overseeing the creative team consists of a minimum of 7 members, with the director of the organization’s artistic department leading the group. If there is no artistic director available, the head of the organization assumes this role. The working group includes recognized specialists, experts, and professionals in the field of artistic evaluation to ensure organizational coherence.

The decision made by the working group covers various aspects, including assessing the suitability for the assigned position, salary increases, contract agreements for bonuses, and scenarios of non-compliance. The head of the organization approves the evaluation results and determines the employee’s salary based on the working group’s decision. The salary is determined according to the organization’s salary level and bonus commitments.

Furthermore, discussions are held with representatives of the creative team regarding financing options for artistic activities based on their artistic evaluation and work experience. The amount of bonuses is determined through an agreement between the organization and the employee, based on the highest amount agreed upon in the written contract.

If necessary, the head of the organization can issue a decision to release an employee from work based on the labor code of the Republic of Armenia.
