According to their report, the passenger not only smoked an electronic cigarette, but also consumed alcohol and caused disturbances throughout the flight. The flight attendants were unable to control her behavior. When she was reprimanded, she found amusement in mocking the passenger seated next to her, without causing disruption to others. She even offered the flight attendants $100 to “resolve the conflict” and proceeded to empty the contents of her mask.
