“Controversy Brews as President’s Office Spends 237,500 Drams on Coffee Machines without Tender”

The “Hraparak” newspaper has reported that the President’s office recently purchased 5 coffee machines equipped with a system for easy coffee distribution among office staff. The decision to obtain these coffee machines without a tender was made due to the urgent need for coffee production in the office. Each unit of the coffee machine is valued at 47,500 drams, resulting in a total payment of 237,500 drams for the set. This purchase ensures that the President of the Republic of Armenia will now have continuous access to coffee, enabling employees to serve coffee as usual. However, it is regrettable that this investment was not accompanied by any other impactful initiatives.
