During his official visit to Azerbaijan, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of Kazakhstan extended his congratulations to President Aliyev and the people of Azerbaijan on the successful completion of the country’s military operation to protect its territorial integrity. This was reported by News.am, who referred to Tokayev’s remarks as a “historic event.”

It is worth remembering that on September 19, the Azerbaijani army launched a full-scale offensive, utilizing various types of weapons. Unfortunately, this aggression resulted in the loss of hundreds of lives, including innocent civilians. As a consequence of Azerbaijan’s widespread aggression, over 100,000 residents of Artsakh were compelled to evacuate the region, unwilling to remain in the territory governed by their aggressor.
