In the village of Gegharkunik in the Gegharkunik region, the program “My Life in the Community” was successfully implemented from October 16-23. The program included representatives from all schools in the province. Lilit Mkrtchyan, the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Armenia, expressed her gratitude to the participants and highlighted the unity and familial bond that was fostered among the 67 students, their parents, and teachers.

The employees of the Gegharkunik Regional Administration of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Armenia have shared their appreciation for the project and extended their thanks to all the participants, including school principals, teachers, and instructors. They also expressed gratitude to the welcoming families for their hospitality and warm reception.

The “Preservation of Cultural and Historical Monuments-Museums and the Historical-Cultural Area” Project, implemented by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of the Republic of Armenia in the Gegharkunik region, has received high praise. The project has contributed significantly to the exploration of the region’s history, culture, and national traditions.

Throughout the week, the student participants eagerly immersed themselves in their homeland, acquainting themselves with various communities’ customs and traditions. They visited intriguing places and learned in different educational settings. The next phase of the program is scheduled for April 2024.
