Government Lifts Restricted Response on Imports for Thermal Hotel Construction, Boosting Investment Program

The government of Armenia has announced that it has lifted the restricted response of the company known as “NAKI” in regards to imports for the investment program in the construction of thermal hotels. This company, which was established in 2019, imports equipment that is used specifically for the construction of thermal hotels in the Aragatsotn region of Armenia. The thermal complex being built by the company is known to meet all current standards and follows the best practices of European standards. The investment program is said to be worth 50 million Armenian drams and is expected to create around 6 new job positions with an average monthly salary of 50,000 drams. Additionally, the value of the products presented for compensation is estimated to be around 30 million drams, with the cost of canceling the restriction being around 1.5 million drams.

This news marks a positive development for the company’s operations in Armenia as it will now be able to import necessary equipment without the previous restrictions. The construction of thermal hotels in the Aragatsotn region is significant for the overall development of tourism in the country. These hotels are expected to provide comfortable and modern facilities that meet international standards, attracting both domestic and international tourists.

The fact that the thermal complex being constructed by the company adheres to the best practices of European standards is commendable. This ensures that the facilities being built will provide visitors with a high-quality experience, enhancing the reputation of Armenia as a tourist destination. Furthermore, the investment program’s contribution to job creation is also noteworthy, as it will help strengthen the local economy and improve the livelihood of individuals in the Aragatsotn region.

The compensation offered to the company for the presented products further exemplifies the government’s commitment to supporting businesses and encouraging investment in Armenia. By providing this compensation, the government is incentivizing companies to invest in the country’s infrastructure and contribute to its economic growth. The estimated cost of canceling the restriction from the maximum compensation indicates the government’s willingness to facilitate the importation of necessary equipment for the construction of thermal hotels.

In conclusion, the lifting of the restricted response for the company “NAKI” is a positive development for the construction of thermal hotels in the Aragatsotn region of Armenia. This decision will support the company in importing the necessary equipment to create modern and high-quality facilities that adhere to European standards. The investment program’s contribution to job creation and the compensation offered to the company further demonstrate the government’s commitment to promoting economic growth and development in the country. Overall, this news is encouraging for both the company and the tourism industry in Armenia.
