“Chief Prosecutor Arman Grigoryan Elected as Member of the Constitutional Court’s Judicial Department”

Head judge Anna Vardapetyan, representing the President of the Republic of Armenia, presented the candidate for membership in the Judicial Department of the Constitutional Court of the RA to the President of the RA Supreme Judicial Council today.

According to NEWS.am, Arman Grigoryan, the Chief Prosecutor of the Republic, was proposed as a candidate by Vardapetyan, and the President of the Republic of Armenia nominated him for membership in the Judicial Department of the Constitutional Court.

After the discussion, the Judicial Department announced the election results. Arman Grigoryan, 39 years old, was elected as a member of the Judicial Department of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia with one vote. He was nominated by the Chief Prosecutor and represented the voices on the issue.

The Chief Judge of the Republic of Armenia congratulated Arman Grigoryan on his election as a member of the Judicial Department of the Constitutional Court. The Chief Judge expressed confidence in his ability to meet the requirements of the Ethics Committee of the Constitutional Court, which demands exemplary behavior and a professional approach.
