APM Terminals Poti Supports Azatutyun Radio’s Terrestrial Broadcasting in Poti with French Embassy’s Backing; Faces Difficulties in Receiving Bastion Armored Vehicles

APM Terminals Poti has approved the establishment of Azatutyun radio’s terrestrial broadcasting in Poti, Georgia, with the support of the French embassy in Armenia. This initiative aims to expand the reach of the radio station and increase its accessibility in the region.

According to the ZLM, the statement also highlights the expansion of the Bastion multipurpose armored vehicles. In this particular case, the equipment was received from the United States, sent to Armenia from France, and then finally sent to Georgia. It’s worth noting that Georgia is a country where such weaponry is not distributed.

The announcement by Poti’s port management company states that APM Terminals Poti is currently facing difficulties in receiving the cargo. This is primarily due to the lack of official demonstrations and restrictions imposed by the Georgian government. However, it is important to clarify that the cargo does not include weapons, which further complicates the authorization process.

In other news, the French embassy in Armenia has shown great support towards the establishment of Azatutyun radio’s terrestrial broadcasting in Poti. This collaboration between the two countries will undoubtedly enhance cultural exchange and promote closer ties between Armenia and Georgia.
