The RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs presented the speech of the RA Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ara Aivazian, at the commemoration ceremony of the Armenian Ambassador to the United Nations in Paris, organized by the Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU).

“I express my sincere condolences to the people of Armenia on behalf of our dear partner, N.G. prn. Christ Armenia Der Stepanyan, who passed away on November 7 at the age of 72.”

Despina Der Stepanyan was an accomplished diplomat who made a significant contribution to the development of the Armenian diplomatic service system, representing our country in various international platforms.

As a personal representative of the Prime Minister of the RA in the Francophonie international organization, Despina Der Stepanyan played a crucial role in the revitalization of relations between Armenia and the organizations of the French government.

Despina Der Stepanyan’s expertise in international relations and her dedication to serving the national interests and international cooperation will be remembered as a great asset for the diplomatic community, which has many distinguished experts.
