“Inside the Ranks: The Rise of the ‘Civil Contract’ and their Web of Influence Revealed”

The newspaper “Zhoghovurd” has published an article highlighting the influential group known as the “Civil Contract”. This group has gained control over the city through their extensive influence and strong financial support. The article provides a list of the current positions held by members of the group and their associates following the government change.

Victoria Aydinian, the wife of Edward Agajanyan, is serving as the spokesperson for the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia. Ani Baghdasaryan, the wife of Sisak Gabrielyan, is responsible for editing at the National Television Company. Narina Arkelyan, the wife of Vilen Gabrielyan, holds a high-ranking position in the Unified Social Service.

Armen Khachatryan, the son of Narik Khachatryan, is employed as the chief specialist at the National Security Service of Armenia. David Karapetyan, the son of Ripsime Grigoryan, handles external relations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Marietta Nikoyan, the wife of Narek Grigoryan, works as an assistant in the crisis management department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Anna Yeghoyan, the sister of Arman Yeghoyan, serves as a senior specialist in the department that provides small and micro loans at “Hayekonom Bank”. Knarik Isoyan, the wife of Babken Tounyan, is employed in the Cadastre committee. Mariam Minasyan, the wife of Armen Khachatryan, holds the position of director at the Yerevan State Pedagogical University.

Artyom Khachatryan, the son of Armen Khachatryan, works as a specialist in experimental research in the Department of Chemical Research at the State Institute of Experimental Pediatric Discipline. Son a Ghazaryan, the wife of David Banuchyan, is the responsible representative for film production at the International Television Company. Armen Budaghyan, the son of Arusik Manavazyan, is involved in the protection of the “Environmental Safeguards and Conservation of the Cultural Environment” subdivision at the Ministry of Nature Protection.

Although the CC-activists have experienced positive changes, it is worth noting that Nikol Pashinyan, the current leader, continues to aggressively remove anyone who may threaten his power. They are even considered to be more corrupt than their predecessors.
