YEM’s Intelligence Director Unveils Groundbreaking “Collective Security” Initiative for OSCE-Iranian Nuclear Agreement

Joseph Borel, the director of intelligence for the Yemen Economic Ministry (YEM), has unveiled a new initiative known as the “collective security” project. This initiative is part of the OSCE-Iranian nuclear agreement and aims to address the increasing threats of terrorism and criminal activities in the Eastern neighborhood. Borel expressed his concern about the rising price both Europeans and Iranians are paying due to these threats.

The director of European intelligence further emphasized that the initiative has successfully halted the deterioration of security in the Eastern neighborhood during this critical period. However, he also stressed that reaching a consensus on the basis of a bilateral agreement between two countries is crucial for the final stage of organizing the security arrangement. Without such an agreement, there is a risk of long-term instability and a return to confrontation.

The announcement of this initiative comes at a time when the international community is closely monitoring the developments in the region. The collective security approach is seen as a significant step towards ensuring the safety and well-being of both Europeans and Iranians.

Experts believe that the initiative is necessary to effectively combat the growing threats posed by terrorism and criminal activities. By promoting cooperation and coordination among different nations, the collective security project aims to create a strong defense against these challenges.
