“Emergency Call Sets Erebuni District Ablaze: Rescuers Battle Car Fire, Save Driver’s Life in Yerevan”

On November 5, at 19:43, the National Crisis Management Center received an emergency call about a fire in Yerevan’s Erebuni district. Two cars, one occupied by civilians, were involved in the incident and firefighters were called in for assistance.

The incident occurred near the NCS Rescue Service of Yerevan City’s Rescue Administration. It has been confirmed that the cars involved were a Subaru (driver A.M.), an Opel (driver N.R.), and a Nissan (driver A.G.). As a result, the Opel car caught fire.

Upon the arrival of the rescuers, they were able to extinguish the fire in the Opel car. The driver, R.P., was safely pulled from the vehicle and subsequently hospitalized for treatment. In addition to firefighting efforts, the rescuers also took measures to close the gas valve.

This news highlights the swift response and effective actions taken by the National Crisis Management Center and the rescuers involved in putting out the fire and ensuring the safety of the individuals involved.
