At least 143 people have lost their lives in the devastating earthquake that struck Nepal. The tragic news of the country’s catastrophe quickly spread through various social networks. Moreover, more than 160 individuals have been reported injured due to the disaster. Authorities have emphasized that a significant proportion of the casualties occurred in mountainous villages, which were severely impacted by the earthquake. Consequently, there is a possibility that the number of victims might rise.
In response to the calamity, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal visited Jajarkot, a region where 105 people lost their lives.
