Preliminary investigations carried out by the Avoyan city police department of the RHKP suggest that the incident is connected to the political situation in the country, specifically pertaining to certain articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia. The scene of the incident was examined, arrests were made, and medical examinations were conducted.

During the ongoing investigation, it has been discovered that a group of 16 individuals, including V.S., were involved in the clashes, resulting in injuries. Additionally, A.M. and A.H., both 16 years old, played a part in the clashes but have not been apprehended yet. They fled the scene in the direction of the “Pioneer Palace” of Avoyan city.
