Pentacon announced on November 3 that the Biden administration has approved $125 million in assistance to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. This support comes from the United States Department of Defense’s appropriations for Ukraine’s “Unlimited Support for Security Assistance” package. • Additional NASAMS (Norwegian Advanced Surface to Air Missile System) for air defense systems
• Additional HIMARS (High Mobility Artillery Rocket System) for long-range artillery systems
• 155mm and 105mm towed artillery
• TOW missile systems
• Javelin and AT-4 anti-tank systems
• Over 3 million rounds of small arms ammunition and grenades
• Additional supplies for mine clearance and demining efforts
• Combat engineering equipment
• Additional medical, technical, and field support equipment

This marks the 50th package of military assistance to Ukraine provided by the US Department of Defense since August 2021. It is designed to bolster Ukraine’s defensive capabilities and provide crucial resources to support their ongoing efforts against Russian-backed separatists.
