“Armenian Minister of Finance and FREAD Executive Director Discuss Multi-Million Dollar Border Road Construction Project”

Armenian Finance Minister, Vacheh Hovhannisyan, welcomed FREAD’s Executive Director, Andrei Shirikov, to discuss the Yerevan-Yeraskh-Goris-Meghri road project and financing options. A memorandum of understanding was signed for a $100 million loan from the US to FREAD, a regional financial institution promoting economic stability and development.
