Breaking News: Turkey to lift visa requirement for citizens of Tajikistan from April 20, Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirms
The visa regime between Turkey and Tajikistan will be lifted starting from April 20, according to Tajikistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Previously, Tajikistan citizens did not need a visa for Turkey and could stay for up to 90 days.

Turkish and Turkish-Cypriot officials signed preliminary agreements with central European countries for gas transportation in the Eastern Mediterranean. The aim is to supply Turkish gas primarily to Turkey and international markets. Turkey already receives gas from Russia, Azerbaijan, and Iran, and is now producing domestic gas in the Black Sea. The agreements could bring significant benefits, such as diversifying gas supplies for the EU and reducing dependence on Russia. Cyprus also hopes to supply gas to Turkey and Europe, while Turkey is interested in becoming a major player in natural gas exchanges.
