Iraqi President Abdul Latif Rashid pays tribute to Armenian Genocide victims at Tsitsernakaberd Memorial in Yerevan, laying a wreath at the monument and placing flowers near the eternal flame. He arrived in Armenia on November 21 and will have meetings with Armenian President Armen Sargsyan, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, and National Assembly Speaker Ararat Mirzoyan.
