Residents of Karabakh can now transfer their activities to Armenian financial institutions, according to Armenuhi Harutyunyan, the Minister of Justice. These displaced individuals, who work in Armenia and pay social fees, will be considered contributors to the state’s social security system. The transfer will help avoid problems in the social security system.
