“Government Cracks Down on Temporary Import of “Classical” Cars to Boost Revenue for Armenia”
The government has decided that the “temporary” import of “classical” cars is no longer successful. Currently, around 9,000 cars are operating in Armenia with this status, causing a loss of revenue for the state budget. In response, it is proposed to allow registered cars in Armenia to temporarily import for a fee, to discourage this practice.
