Armenia Consolidates Membership with Asian Development Bank for Infrastructure Investments
The Armenian government has approved an agreement consolidating its membership in the Asian Development Bank’s Infrastructure Investments. The process of cooperation with the Bank began in 2016. The value of one stake is $100 million. Armenia’s membership was agreed upon with a share of 374 shares. Payment of equity contributions is done in five installments, with each installment being 5% of the total amount.
