“Azerbaijan’s Public Security Service Foils Terrorist Plot and Arrests Key Suspect”

The Public Security Service of Azerbaijan has successfully dismantled a terrorist program. Bahruz Askarov, a citizen of Azerbaijan residing in Russia, was arrested for planning terrorist attacks with connections to individuals in various regions of the country. Askarov had also organized subversive activities in a foreign state but was unable to execute them due to counter-terrorism operations. He is currently awaiting trial.
