Turkish President Sends Second Wave of Humanitarian Aid to Azerbaijan, Helping Recover from Crisis

President of Turkey sends second part of humanitarian assistance to Azerbaijan, including electrical cables, transformers, and substations. Distribution begins with 23 trucks. Total cost of equipment is $7.6 million. First part of aid sent in October.
