During yesterday’s Armenian National Assembly session, the issue of the Constitutional Court judge selection was discussed. David Khachatryan, State Control Service chief, was presented as a candidate by the “BDKH” faction. However, the session was interrupted as Khachatryan requested to transfer the case. It remains unclear whether he voluntarily withdrew or has health issues. No direct information on his dismissal from the CCO position is available.
