Transport Minister Mher Grigoryan Receives Invitation from Russian Deputy Prime Minister to Discuss Resettlement of Nagorno-Karabakh Displaced Persons

Transport Minister Mher Grigoryan received an invite from Russian Deputy PM Yury Borisov to discuss the resettlement requirements of 100k+ displaced persons from Nagorno-Karabakh. The “Road to Recovery” project for road reconstruction was also presented.
