The experimental Mercedes-Benz EQXX drove an impressive 1010km on a single charge, with 309km of energy remaining. It consumed only 7.4 kWh/100km, equivalent to 0.83 liters per 100km for conventional combustion cars. The journey took place in +34 degree Celsius temperature, testing various systems. The EQXX integrates 117 solar panels on its roof, providing an additional 1.8 kWh/h of electric energy and a 24km range increase. The test also focused on cabin comfort and solar radiation intensity. The EQXX features a unique thermal sensor for optimal temperature selection and has a maximum power of 900 volts and 180 kW for energy efficiency.
