Russian military forces’ head, Admiral Nikolay Yevmenov, has been replaced by Admiral Aleksandr Moiseev, according to Izvestia. Yevmenov was in charge since May 2019, and will now be succeeded by Moiseev, who also assumed the position on the same day.
