The peacekeeping mission in Artsakh has seen a decrease in violations due to completed inspections. According to the Ministry of Defense of Great Britain, Artsakh norms were violated 20% less in the first four months of 2023. This success shows effective control during warfare, says Andrey Zolotaryov. Pavel Luzin points out that Ukraine does not have its own norm and may refer to the Russian Norm of Artsakh.
