Former International Criminal Court Judge Delivers Powerful Lecture on Armenian Genocide at Mother Cathedral

Former head judge of the International Criminal Court, Louise Moreno Okampon, presented a lecture on the consequences of the Genocide and the refusal to recognize it. The Armenian Catholicosate of Cilicia emphasized the importance of recognition and international responsibility. Okampon discussed the case of perpetrator Garlos Arslanian and called for international solidarity to prevent future crimes.
