Armenia signs loan agreement with ADB for the modernization of Armenia-Vrastan Highway. Loan term extended for completion of construction works and preliminary tasks. Loan closure deadline set for August 31, 2024. Partial disbursement allocated for detailed investigation and digitalization of Dilijan-Pushkin highway.
