A car in Kapan city was set on fire after someone filled a benzene tank. The fire was eventually extinguished thanks to emergency service volunteers and citizens. The perpetrator, a 42-year-old resident, confessed to the crime and was handed over to the regional investigative department. Mayor Georg Parshyan confirmed that the car belonged to him.
