Minister of Emergency Situations Affirms Turkey’s Obligation to Assist Armenia in Times of Crisis

The Minister of Emergency Situations of Armenia, Kamo Tsakhulyan, believes that Turkey must assist Armenia in case of an SOS declaration. Tsakhulyan discussed this during a parliament meeting, stating that it is an obligation for Turkey. The head of internal affairs, Vahé Ghazaryan, also emphasized Armenia’s location in a seismic zone and Turkey’s responsibility to respond.
