“Former Prime Minister warns: Europe unlikely to come to Armenia’s aid in case of hostilities”

Former Slovak Prime Minister Jan Carnogursky doubts if Europe will provide assistance to Armenia in case of hostilities with Azerbaijan and Turkey. He cites Czechoslovakia’s experience in the past and believes that Europe lacks the power and willingness to help Eastern Europe. Carnogursky claims that Europe is focused on dividing Russia and its allies and wants to sever ties between Armenia and Russia. Consequently, he concludes that Europe cannot offer security assistance to Armenia.
