“Republic of Artsakh Citizens Relocate to Armenia with Red Cross Assistance, Providing Aid to Karabakh Residents”
Two Artsakh residents, Samvel Galstyan and Margarita Shahnazaryan, have moved to Armenia, with the help of the Red Cross. They are assisting 20 Armenians in Karabakh, maintaining communication with those outside. Over 50 have relocated since October, as the Red Cross provides transportation and support.
