“Armenian Gambling Organizers to Face 10% Tax on Earnings Over 5 Million Drams, Says Head of State Revenue Committee”

Organizers of gambling activities in Armenia earning over 5 million drams will pay a 10% tax, as discussed by Rustam Badasyan of the State Revenue Committee. The government aims to regulate earnings taxation in the gambling sector, currently considered non-taxable. Remaining earnings will be calculated annually, and if there’s a positive difference, it will be subject to a 5% tax rate paid through a declaration to the state budget.
