Turkey’s official exchange rate against the euro crosses 30 lira mark for the first time, announced the country’s Central Bank. Turkish banks offer different rates, with Ziraat Bank selling euros for 30.7 lira and buying at 29.6 lira. The official exchange rate for the dollar is 28.39 lira for sale and 28.2 lira for purchase. In July, the euro/lira reached 30 lira, and despite some fluctuations, it has remained above that level.
