The oldest person in the world, Khoan Vincent Perez Moran, has passed away at 115. Maduro, the President of Venezuela, expressed condolences to his family. Khoan attributed his longevity to a healthy lifestyle. He was born in El Cobre, Venezuela and lived in a nursing home in San Jose de Bolivar.
