“A Twist in the Selection of Constitutional Court Judge: Davit Khachatryan Withdraws or Health Issues at Play?”

During yesterday’s Armenian National Assembly session, the issue of the Constitutional Court judge selection was discussed. David Khachatryan, State Control Service chief, was presented as a candidate by the “BDKH” faction. However, the session was interrupted as Khachatryan requested to transfer the case.
