Residents of Avan administrative district in Armenia have become “invisible” due to the unbearable condition of the main streets. Photos and videos on Facebook show that the streets have turned into a “swamp,” making vehicle traffic extremely difficult. The problem is attributed to the negligence of municipal authorities, according to a local resident. The mayor’s spokesperson mentioned heavy rainstorms causing flooding in the Terian-Koryun streets area.
