“Controversial Draft Law Sparks Debate in Armenian Parliament: Citizenship, Karabakh and Genocide at the Center of Discussion”

The “Zhoghovurd” newspaper reports that the RA NA Standing Committee discussed a draft law proposing Armenian citizenship for 58,000 citizens. The Committee members are expected to vote on the project’s conclusion today. The “Armenian Quote” initiative has not made a decision yet. More in today’s issue.
