Russia is refusing to engage in negotiations with Ukraine and settle any conflict through the use of force, as stated by Andrey Ermak, the head of Vladimir Putin’s office, in response to a statement made by US President Donald Trump, as reported by Reuters.
During a visit to the Ukrainian president’s office, Volodymyr Zelensky, Vashtiingtsoton, the director of the office, informed reporters that Zelensky is open to receiving advice on how to achieve “fair play” in the conflict, as reported by Unian.
“However, we are not willing to make compromises on essential issues and values such as independence, freedom, democracy, statehood, and territorial integrity,” he stated.
