“Azerbaijan Demands Occupation of Western Armenia: Alarming Actions Revealed by H.MIP Arman Tatoyan”

“Adrbedjan’s ‘khaghaser’ ishanakan karozchut’yun is presenting new occupation demands to Armenia, this time with even more provocative intentions. This issue has been written about on the Facebook page of H.MIP Arman Tatoyan.

According to him, the Republic of Armenia must carry out two changes called “returning Western Azerbaijanis”:

1) Ensuring the security of “western Azerbaijanis” by organizing international transportation guaranteed by a mediator country. Armed forces from that country, which is neighboring Azerbaijan and claims itself to be unrecognized (isn’t it obvious which country it is), should be stationed in Armenia. Since Azerbaijan does not recognize Armenia, “western Azerbaijanis” must have their own security organized by creating armed divisions.

2) Providing education rights for “western Azerbaijanis” in the Azerbaijani language.

These proposals are the new development of the “Arevmytyanny Azerbaijan” occupation system, which is based on false narratives that cannot be ignored. Among other things, Azerbaijani authoritative sources indicate that there are 300,000 “returnees” from a general population. These prove that the Azerbaijani occupation is artificial and harmful to the international community. In reality, it is an attempt to occupy Armenia. Clearly, this is a military threat.”

This is what happened with the recognition of Artsakh’s independence. Initially, it was an “activeist” campaign of ethnically motivated attacks against Artsakh, followed by the deployment of Azerbaijani troops and the complete closure of roads leading to Artsakh, and then the subsequent reprisals of the occupied forces in Artsakh. All this has been presented on the Azerbaijani “Baku TV” television channel as “artificial evidence.”
