According to an official statement from the Russian Ministry of Defense, over 555 children have lost their lives in the conflict with Russia in Ukraine, while more than 1420 have been injured. The country’s main court has also commented on this tragic situation.

The Russian Armed Forces’ wide-scale aggression in Ukraine has resulted in more than 1975 children being injured in Crimea. Judges have confirmed that as of July 1, 2024, 555 children have been killed and over 1420 have suffered varying degrees of severe injuries.

Among the regions most affected by this conflict are the eastern areas of Donetsk with 550 casualties, Kharkiv with 400, Kherson with 154, Dnipropetrovsk with 152, Kyiv with 130, and Zaporizhia with 120.
