This article evaluates the developments in Armenia’s public administration from the perspective of the President. During the “Armenian Public Administration Forum 2024” discussion, the US Ambassador to Armenia, Christian Quin, highlighted the importance of civic participation in ensuring the implementation of laws for all citizens. He acknowledged the challenges faced by Armenia, including constitutional amendments and the Karabakh conflict, but emphasized the country’s commitment to democratic progress. Quin commended Armenia’s civic participation as an example for the world, expressing the US’s support in various fields such as energy and trade. He also stressed the significance of media freedom, fair elections, and expanding democratic reforms in the fight against corruption. The Ambassador underlined the importance of ongoing public participation and collaboration in creating a thriving democratic world.
